Receive order from customers.

Follow up order internally.

Key in Order in system.

Confirm order to customers or inform if issues.

Send order to Warehouse.

Manage contracts with customers / suppliers (scan / order) and inform other departments (accounting/warehouse).

Reply to prospect/customer on Facebook.
-
Inform customers about company policy.
-
Support for supplier needs.
-
Update Mapping Daily for Sales
-
Other tasks assigned by Sales Director.
